What is the fastest way to find a page in Notion?

Press Ctrl+P on Windows or Cmd+P on Mac to open quick search, then type part of the page name and hit Enter. It searches your whole workspace.

Does Notion support markdown shortcuts?

Yes. Typing markdown like ** for bold, # plus Space for headings, or - plus Space for bullets converts as you type. You can also paste markdown text and Notion will format it.

How do I create a to-do checkbox quickly in Notion?

Type [] followed by Space at the start of a line, or press Ctrl+Shift+4 (Cmd+Option+4 on Mac) to turn the current block into a to-do.

How do I move a block up or down without dragging?

Hold Ctrl+Shift (Cmd+Shift on Mac) and press the Up or Down arrow keys to move the current block. It also works with multiple blocks selected.

Can I change Notion's keyboard shortcuts?

No, Notion does not offer shortcut customization. The defaults are the same across platforms, with Ctrl on Windows mapping to Cmd on Mac.
